ABOUT CENTER

Turning spiking crime prevention
into everyday safety education.

The Spiking Crime Prevention & Education Center is an education and research-based prevention platform connecting accurate information, prevention education, research, campaigns, and field response standards so more people can talk about safety and prepare for risk together.

WHY WE EXIST

We turn an unfamiliar crime into safety education people can discuss.

Spiking is still unfamiliar to many people, but it is an everyday safety issue that requires clear prevention education and early response standards.

Personal caution alone is not enough.

Spiking can occur in environments involving drinks, gatherings, festivals, campus events, peer relationships, and nightlife settings. Prevention requires not only individual awareness, but also bystander observation, field response standards, and institutional education systems.

What people need is guidance, not fear.

The center does not address spiking through sensational language or fear-based messaging. We translate the issue into practical safety education and provide prevention content and response standards that can be used in real settings.

CENTER IDENTITY

An education and research platform,
not a product-centered project

Prevention tools can support education, but they are not the center of our work. Our core mission is to help people understand risk, speak about it, and respond together through education and cultural change.

1

Audience-specific prevention education

We provide tailored prevention education for students, youth, university communities, and institutional staff.

2

Development of prevention content

We organize practical resources for schools and organizations based on global cases and field needs.

3

Participatory awareness campaigns

We operate campaigns that can spread across schools, communities, festivals, and public events.

4

Field prevention solutions

We introduce internationally used prevention tools within the context of education and field response systems.

WHAT WE DO

We connect education, research, campaigns, and field solutions.

Our work focuses on building prevention systems that can be used in real environments, not simply delivering information.

01

Prevention Education

We teach the concept of spiking, risk situations, prevention behaviors, and bystander response in audience-appropriate language.

02

Research Activity

We organize prevention content based on global cases, education materials, policy trends, and field feedback.

03

Awareness Campaigns

We spread prevention messages through posters, card news, brochures, participatory booths, and community campaigns.

04

Prevention Solutions

We introduce field-ready tools such as test strips as supporting resources that enhance prevention education.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES

The principles that guide our work

Spiking prevention education is not about blaming victims. It is about building a social safety net where people recognize risk and respond together.

We do not blame victims.

The responsibility for the crime lies with the offender. Prevention education should build standards that help people and spaces protect one another.

We provide standards, not fear.

We do not exaggerate anxiety or spread unverified information. We explain risks clearly and provide practical action standards for different situations.

We create materials that work in the field.

We develop education materials and campaign tools that schools, local governments, institutions, and event sites can actually use.

We promote a culture of shared response.

Safer environments are created when friends, colleagues, teachers, guardians, event staff, and institutions all understand risk and respond together.

PARTNERSHIP

A prevention network for a safer culture

Spiking prevention cannot be completed by one organization alone. Prevention culture expands when schools, local governments, companies, event organizers, and public institutions work together.

The center provides prevention education and awareness activities. It does not replace emergency crime reporting, medical advice, or crisis intervention. In an emergency, contact local police, emergency medical services, a nearby medical institution, or the responsible staff at the venue immediately.
