1. Purpose of processing personal information
We process personal information for the following purposes. If the purpose changes, we will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines.
- Receiving education requests and confirming schedule, venue, audience, and program needs
- Responding to resource requests, campaign inquiries, and partnership proposals
- Pre-program coordination and follow-up communication
- Verifying inquiry details, preventing duplicate communication, and maintaining necessary records
2. Personal information we collect
We collect only information directly provided by the user through email inquiries or request messages.

Sensitive information: We do not intentionally request resident registration numbers, health information, detailed crime-victim information, or other excessive sensitive information. Emergency crime reporting or medical consultation should be handled through police, medical emergency services, or on-site safety personnel.
3. Retention and use period
Personal information is retained only for the period necessary to handle inquiries and coordinate education or campaign activities. It will be deleted without delay after the purpose has been achieved, unless retention is required for dispute handling, accounting, or legal obligations.

4. Third-party sharing and outsourcing
We do not provide personal information to third parties in principle. Exceptions may apply where required by law, with the data subject’s consent, or where necessary and appropriately notified for education or campaign coordination with partner organizations.
We do not currently have regular outsourcing arrangements for personal information processing. If external services such as email tools, forms, payment systems, newsletters, or cloud services are used in the future, relevant outsourcing details will be reflected in this policy.
5. Rights of data subjects
You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent regarding your personal information. Requests can be sent to contact@nospiking.org and will be handled within a reasonable period after identity verification.
Some requests may be limited where retention is required by law or where fulfilling the request may infringe the rights or safety of others.
6. Deletion and security safeguards
When the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved, personal information is deleted in a manner that prevents recovery or reuse. Electronic files are securely deleted, and paper records are shredded or destroyed by equivalent means.

7. Cookies and external services

Gmail compose buttons are provided for convenience. Gmail account status and login are handled under Google’s service environment. We do not collect Gmail passwords.
